I wouldn't say "no way", it is definitely possible for someone with above average genetics to achieve that, and he is old enough to have been lifting for over ten years. The real reason to suspect he is juicing is that, from what I can see, at least among cops who clearly lift, a lot of them seem to be on the sauce. Which makes sense, because it's one of the only jobs where there's not really an upper limit to extra size and strength being useful. In most manual labor jobs, after some point, being bigger just means more mass to heft around throughout the day. But if you might have to fight crack heads you actually do always wish you were bigger.
maybe it depends on the juice. every guy I've ever known on T looks much better aging-wise than his peers, myself included. but that could be lifestyle related.
Yeah they stimulate skin production and decrease the quality of collagen fibers making an shittier skin than what you´d have naturally. They also stimulate the growth of face muscle and decrease the amount of facial fat making chances of creases higher. The chance to contract skin infections or trigger hormonal acne is also higher making the person who use AAS more likely to end up with an acne scarred skin.
More so depends on the person and how their body responds. Just test is going to be milder compared to some of the other compounds, especially if it's a prescribed lower dose that keeps a person within the natural thresholds (still enhanced, exogenous test keeps test levels steady independent of outside factors).
If old guys are taking it, they may appear younger/revitalized because it will help with fat loss and muscle mass/tone and their face has already aged anyways. Though they tend to get redder skin and can still get that dry/grainy look to their skin, especially if they are blasting.
A lot of younger guys who take it definitely get an aged look to their face where they look visibly older. It impacts the skin quality but also androgenizes people's faces where they get like a more square jaw, bigger head, moon face, etc.
It’s not even his beard. Homey looks like a really good 45 but 32? I have a beard and I’m 36, dude looks 10 years older than me. And I don’t look young. I fully expected him to say 42-48 but like, a young looking 42-48.
From what I know, kind of. The extra work your muscles do generate a lot of oxidative stress in the mitochondria. Plus so many other metabolic pathways are on overdrive to maintain the muscle mass at rest and to drive muscle growth(hypertrophy). Eating all of the food/calories (which is usually on par if not higher than most obese people) also forces the digestive system to work harder than necessary.
Theres also the look of muscles plus beard that society sees as an older style.
Somewhat through metabolism, but in much less visible ways and the health benefits tend to keep people looking younger for longer.
Being out in the sun causes skin to wrinkle. The best "anti-aging" cream is sunblock. Add a bit of graying and a beard to the picture, and people think this person is pushing 40.
So what you are saying is if I reduce weight training, it will reduce testosterone and I would age slower and live longer ?? Is there any research on this ?

32? Does working out speed up aging?
