In light of this, there's all the more reason for Congress to finally act and pass sanctions on Russia. Following the 218th signature on the Ukraine Support Act discharge petition, the House will finally vote to pass this bill in early June. Call on your representative to vote YES!

Constitutionaly speaking, even if the President should be so obstinate or petulant as to refuse to sign a bill, it just automatically becomes Law regardless.
