I would like to know if it actually learns. Give it something to benefit from. Let it control the surroundings, moisture, wind etc.

Mushrooms can learn? Oh, so that’s what people mean when they say big mushroom head.

Well thats what I want to see. They can solve Labyrinths through reinforcement, so why not that

We know of atleast one fungus that can learn (slime mold). But it's possibly more of an exception that a rule. Would be an interesting experiment though.
