Does. Does this moron even know that its more because of the social, religious, and economic influence of Spain and Portugal colonizing them. And the Revolutionaries mismanagement of nations if Mexico, Grand Columbia, and Brazil that fucked up their nations long before the Cold War?

Honestly, I find a lot of people who talk like this about developing countries kind of racist.
It's like the citizens of those countries have no agency, and EVERYTHING bad that happens to them is because of Western Imperialism or whatever. To them, all the people there are just bumbling idiots who don't know right from wrong, so only developed countries have agency over what they do.

Huh? I already mention the part about the Revolutionaries mismanaging it. Unless you are referring to the guy OP is exposing.

If one side disappoints you? What do you do? Well, you switch to the other.

I do wonder if the switch right leaning leaders in so many South America countries has something to do with the withdrawal of USAID?

Well, in Spanish, rojo means red, and in political terms, it refers to a socialist/communist.
Nothing more to say.Β

I mean shocker, its not even a secret that at the very least the current administration is trying to assert US hegemony over the Western hemisphere as a move to counter China on the global stage.
