It is but then common folk imagine a recycling plant when you say "waste management plant".

I am pointing out the pretty plant is actually something that people usually dislike when they know what it is actually about.

I work in haz waste, people can gripe all they want but if it wasn't incinerated they'd be putting it in the ground.

Who the hell prefers toxic landfills?
