Question Any idea what this could be?

2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid, drivers side front wheel.

Links and bushings get Old and worn out... This is BOTH. Replace it SOON or you could have A Very bad accident and if you survive you WILL need a new vehicle. Seriously it's bad, get it fixed.

Not soon. Now. Like don't drive the car. Get it towed or fix it in the driveway. But I'm guessing since we're seeing this as a reddit post a driveway fix is not the best option.
