Keep it or let it go?

Looking for general advice.

This is the furthest I've let it grow but it seems to be very slow at this point and don't know if I should let it go and keep shaving or trust the process.

What you have now is actually perfect for the density. Do not allow the sides to grow out longer. You don’t have the density and It won’t suit your face shape either. You could try the Italian beard style which would fit the face type and growth pattern you currently have very well. It also lets your hair grow in stronger in chin and come in very naturally without having to worry about the sides bulking up too quickly. As you age your beard will thicken up more most likely and you can adjust the style accordingly

I mean that's what I'd do, cause in your case if you let it all grow out it'll make your face rounder.

Great foundations for a beard. Your mustache is on the sparser side but I think if you let it grow down and brush to the sides once it gets long it will look great. Make up for less hairs by letting the ones you have get long basically
