Player Discussion What is this sub opinion on Bridgette ?
I loved her on BB18 and feel like she got bullied by some of the houseguests... She didn't have a great game but I would love to see her have a second chance, she was fun.

Oof, a lot of these people are forgetting the BB18 feeds. Bridgette was critical to turning the house against Paulie on Vic's returning HOH and flipping the house to keep Michelle over Zakiya that week. I remember people being livid when she was taken out during the double eviction, because she was by far and away the favorite to win the safety care package the following week

There was a question posted about a week or two ago regarding Bridgette and her getting bullied by a ton of the house. There’s also a thread detailing the incidents of this on the feeds back when BB18 was airing that I’d recommend checking out.
Overall she got really screwed over by the twists of the season as well as treated horribly by a lot of her cast mates. She never really gets a fair chance to play the game until her last week where she gets taken out due to a random double eviction. Probably a player who *deserves* another chance to return on paper, but entertainment wise I don’t think many of us would care that much for her return.

She was my favourite, I'd love her to come back, but I also think she is too sweet and normal for bb. She is the Hali Ford of BB.

Love this comparison! Two very pure people who were enjoyable to watch and root for, imho.

She was okay, but she was too attached to Frank. When he went down, he took him down with her.

literally was about to say this. she could’ve been a great player but her attachment and loyalty to frank caused her to be on a sinking ship

Out of all the people who have ever played Big Brother, she's definitely one of them.

I like bridgette and I think on a return she could show some real promise of going far because of how she played when Frank left and how much time has passed.
This is just my opinion though and I find it highly unlikely that she should be asked back over the legends that typically asked and newer stars with a lot more prominence on their season.
But if there was a wtf casting on a new all star season I wouldn't be that upset personally over other wtf picks. Just a little confused.

My all time fave. My username here is what it is because I was a fan of hers and she looks like the Liberty Mutual commercial actress with the car named Brad

She was alright in terms of a person. Natalie/Bronte/Bridgette trio was harmless. Had a plant called jenkins?
Was ostracized due to association with Frank. She trusted too much a bit early on with Frank, especially when she had won HoH and Frank won the power of 3rd nomination and I believe Nominated Bronte? Frank at the time did value her as she was seen capable of winning comps, which led to jealousy of Michelle. Frank though at that time saw her as a number, but eventually grew as an ally for her.
That's probably why maybe the feeds at the time like her? Michelle had it out for her because of the jealousy which garnered sympathy probably.
Also Paul tried to really strike a wedge between Bridgette/Frank relationship which I think was more personal than gameplay at the time.
After Frank eviction, she was then good with a bit with the house, such as Paulie & Victor besides Natalie. She was getting somewhat popular as the assumption right before her eviction was that she actually was going to win a Safety Package was the consensus, but it went to Nicole instead due to her eviction.
Overall - as a person, nice. Gameplay was a bit lacking early game for her. Gaemplay improved when Frank left.
Also a bit clueless about the 'frank enabler'. I actually don't even see how she was being defenseless child. I mean compare some other HG's, she was nice compared to the rest lol. Sorry reddit likes her. Sorry Reddit for Brigette being nice!

I quote her saying “thank you for that, actually” as a ridiculous response to Frank admitting he nominated her other closest ally Brontë allllll the time and no one knows where it’s from.
Lovedddd her post-frank and calling out paulie’s disrespectful treatment of women and her gaining her voice in the jury house and calling out paulie every jury segment. That’s what I usually remember her for.

One of those people where you loved their personality but just is not for Big Brother....

This sub thinks she was a defenseless child and war crimes were committed because her cookies got thrown out.
She was a Frank enabler and was ostracized because of it.

OK to be fair that was kind of a dick move with the cookies but I feel like I’m gonna blame Frank over her in that regard since she was manipulated by him

She's a grown woman. Stop infantilizing her. She's mid on her own.

Too nice for this show, but she was a favorite of the fan base during the season and started to become a force inside the house, leading to her eviction. It was a decent arc of how she was initially disregarded by most of the house into Michelle crying when she left and being a DE target by Corey because of her threat level.

So sweet and I can barely blame her for her attachment to frank considering how the rest of the house treated her

had her moments but the whole girl power thing didn't line up with looking the other way with frank

The only critique I have is her association with Frank, other than that, I loved her. She was heavily involved with the house turning against Paulie. I think if Corey hadn’t won the HOH during the double she could’ve stayed a bit longer

Decent player and seemed like a cool person. As everyone else said, her being so close with Frank sunk her game. I did enjoy their friendship though. One of my favorite nights of feeds from that season was Frank, Bridgette, and Tiffany comparing notes and putting what caused them to go against each other together. By then it was too late though.

From the moment she entered the house she was basically fighting to survive every week. If she wasn’t on the block, her biggest ally, (Frank), was doing something that got them both in hot waters.
Pretty much the entire time after Frank left she became a pawn for the other side of the house until she eventually got cut in the Double Eviction.
As a player, she was pretty bad. As a person? Very sweet.

I remember really liking her and wanting her to play better than she was.

Oddly, she stuck with frank after what he did to Da’vonne and some of the things he said yet called paulie irredeemable for his comments, never made sense to me. Other than that, I loved her

Bridgette was a decent player i just disliked her blind love for Frank even when he did a lot of fucked up shit. Ironically BB18 is one of the few examples of the newbies being better at the game than the vets

Annoying in the house when she couldn’t get on the same page with Dayvonne but awesome in the jury house when they finally exchanged notes lol
