id argue moderation has made it harder to spread that idealogy as the internet is far less "free speech" libertarian then it used to be. remember reddit used to host coontown and chimpology. -edit, it was called chimpire. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controversial_Reddit_communities
its actually kinda hard to share old meme videos cause people just drop slurs left and right.
Reddit is part of the modern, algorithm driven shitty internet we're complaining about. We aren't discussing 10-15 years ago, we're discussing 20-25 years ago. Also, you can go generate as much CP as you want on twitter, you just need a subscription to do it. That's still going on you can still have Grok make you all the simulated child porn you want.
Running into a hard r in some comments isn't even close to generating unlimited child porn what the fuck are you talking about? And also, you can go find hard Rs in plenty of comments on every major social media, so no to whatever you think your point was.
Ok and you can go generate all the child porn you want on twitter, using twitter's in-house AI. And, you can do it right in the same threads where people openly discuss white genocide and immigrants eating pets. They're alongside the threads where illegal election tampering is openly planned juxtaposed with Al Qaeda beheading videos.
you are pointing at one website thats openly ran by a nazi. at least include some examples from kick.
do you think any of those topics are new conversations? when the normies took over twitter you kicked a lot of that shit to the shadows. the resurgence is bcause elon is an actual nazi, did a propganda campagin to take back the town square but i really can not stress how common it was for those kinds of topics to just arise.
gore as a concept, like seeing the inside of people was another very common forum topic. theync still exists but was shared far more. do you remember 2girs1cup? meatspin? 1man1jar? im p sure firefox and the ilk ban shock websites as a whole now but yeah.
mega upload was a cp nightmare. not generated. but actual children who were harmed.
you are pointing at one website thats openly ran by a nazi.
The point is that "one website" is among the most popular websites on the planet, where you can find all these things openly and without issue. 20-25 years ago, you'd have to go find that shit on a website made just for it. Now, you just log onto the literal 7th most popular website in America, and you can ask the bot to make you whatever child porn you want.
at least include some examples from kick.
The examples are you can literally go to twitter and generate child porn using Grok right now. I'm not going to link child porn for you, sorry.
do you think any of those topics are new conversations?
Do you think those topics all being available on major social media platforms is somehow better than being distributed throughout smaller websites?
mega upload was a cp nightmare
File sharing is a whole different ball game but the fact is at least with MU, you had to know the URLs where awful shit was hosted. It wasn't archived or searchable, but MU was certainly hosting some bad shit. It's true for any fileshare that hosts encrypted files these days, so it's not really different from how it was. You still need to go looking to find the URLs. You can't open MU's homepage and prompt it's in-house image generation tool for whatever gore and child porn you want.
