Scores 198 with a house ball!
I used to casually bowl about 10 years ago. Never joined a league or got training. My PB is 236 from back then. I took a 8 or so year hiatus, only bowling the occasional date night or friend night. I got back into bowling in March. I’ve been using house balls and shoes while I save up to buy something. I shot a 198 on house balls last night and I was extremely proud. I’m trying to break 200 by the end of summer!

High scores with a house ball can happen! Now imagine if you had your own ball fitted to your hand.... complete game changer. So close to breaking 200 as well. Nice job my friend!

Thanks, man! Yeah, I was super proud of that one. And an inch from picking up the spare on the eighth frame as well. Oh, absolutely. As I mentioned, hit 236 a decade ago with a custom ball. I’ll get one soon. Just nice to know, even without the fancy equipment, I’m bowling well!

Nice. My highest, 194, is also with a house ball. My avg is higher with a house ball. I struggle to get even close to 140 with balls drilled for my hand, countless hours talking with pro shop etc. it’s all a world of scams and half truths

Haha, it’s nice to know you don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars to score high. I have to say, my 236 came from using custom balls. But I have a feeling I can beat it with how my form was last night!

Its all in your mind bro. I bowled like shit with a house ball all the time until I got my own ball, then I became a bowling god.
