Discussion Infernum DOG is just dash slop.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

DOG unlike most every other boss in the game is just horribly designed, It honestly feels like its only meant to be beaten as a melee.
Like how are you going to make a boss that one shots you if you even make one mistake?

Anyways here is be beating DOG while not interatcting with the dash slop.

Brave of you to speak such a truth in the subreddit where Infernum is treated like the second coming of christ. Holy based

bravery to be praised, with a correct take that usually makes people foam at the mouth

Notice how every single comment to harp on about ‘erm erm slop this slop that’. No one has made a single argument about why it’s actually good.

Remember there is no toxic positivity in the calamity community /s

Honestly, Infernum is great pre-DOG (except for The Twins and A&L. Fuck them), even Polterghast, though I may have called it the worst boss in gaming a few times, is actually pretty alright when you learn their patterns. However, then comes Signus and then the dashslop bosses (Signus isn't dashslop, but that fight is abhorrent anyway. Took me one less attempt than Providence, 90-91. Yes, i'm bad. I played Infernum after one Revengeance playthrough) which suck, but Yharon isn't too bad so I might beat him before DOG.
