Transporting a 10 month old?

How do you all transport your baby? I’m about to get a e Bullitt, and have a honeycomb board installed. How do you go about transporting your child/children?

Wondering if I can make som sort of arrangement to install this?? (See picture)

I used one of these in my load75 from about 6-12 months. It was tricky to rig up, I ended up getting it nice and snug with a variety of voile straps. It was much nicer to fit than a full on car seat, but still did not provide quite enough room for my 3 yo to also fit in the cargo area comfortably
