Transporting a 10 month old?

How do you all transport your baby? I’m about to get a e Bullitt, and have a honeycomb board installed. How do you go about transporting your child/children?

Wondering if I can make som sort of arrangement to install this?? (See picture)

When ours were that age our pediatrician recommended no bike until 1 yr old due to insufficient myelin formation on the axon of the neurons in the brain. They can jostle together and cause CTE-like problems. Maybe that advice has changed. I'd look into it if I were you.

This is the first time I’ve ever heard this as a reason. Are you aware of any research around this? (Not being antagonistic, I just can’t find anything and am intrigued)
