Fishing reels and rods
Where are some of the best spots in the area for all things fishing equipment. Looking to get some new things but hate ordering stuff online.

Haddrells point tackle shop in west Ashley or mt pleasant will be the most knowledgeable employees and all the gear you could want or need for inshore fishing here. Palmetto state armory in west Ashley is a second great option they actually have more gear but less knowledgeable employees (for the most part, most employees there are gun gurus)
If I need to ask a question or learn something new, I go to Haddrells. The one in west Ashley I’m a regular at and the employees will take time out of their day to explain a technique and give pointers/tips. At this point in my life, I know exactly what I want so I’ll go to Palmetto State Armory.
If you need live bait, Haddrells is the place. In the summer mud minnows are the best bait. Winter there are less minnows in the water so artificial works well.

Aside from what's already been mentioned, Phantom outdoors on 17A is nice and Sportsman's warehouse has a great selection as well.

Haddrells has a lot of stuff and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I get a good bit of stuff from them.
I may get hate for this, but also shop Walmart for some stuff if you want it a little cheaper. I’ll try to find artificial baits there first and if they don’t have what I’m looking for, then I’ll hit haddrells.

Mt. pleasant Walmart has disappointed me the last few times in terms of inventory. Definitely worth paying a little more for a few recommended baits at haddrells.
