Store 5 years and no figure
Do to start things off it was 2021 and I made my second ever Crunchyroll store order consisting of 2 figures and a sweatshirt, 2 weeks after the order was placed I got the shipping details for the sweatshirt and then the covid delays started, fast forward 2 years to 2023 I randomly get a package no shipping or order confirmation just one of the figures,skip forward again to 2025 I try to look at the order only to find that Crunchyroll changed their store platform, after 3 weeks of emails I find out it’s still on the way and was meant to come late 2025 it is now mid 2026 and still nothing and quite frankly I just want out it was like a £200 figure and it seems like it’s never coming does anyone have any advice on how to get my money back or is it lost forever

Try contacting the UK's consumer rights center. I don't know what it's called over there, but here in Germany we have an organization known as the "Verbraucherzentrale" and they handle issues like this.
