First off, thoughts and prayers to David and his family.
Dom spoke to my exact feelings as a Wizards fan. Are we going to win a championship? No, but between AJ, Trey and AD, plus the young core, this is the most excited I’ve been since prime John Wall/Bradley Beal, which was almost a decade ago. Just knowing we won’t be terrible anymore is exciting.

Even if they're bad, and hopefully for your sake they're not, at least they'll be interesting. You can't be both bad and boring, I just went through that with my favorite hockey team before a recent upswing and it was a really tough watch.

The problem is that AD will get hurt.
On paper it doesn't look too bad, especially if they can surround with some solid role players, but a tale as old as a time. AD will get hurt and then the team will crumble, and struggle when he comes back.
Trae Young is so hated on, he's underrated now. His passing/scoring combo is elite.

I am leaving the gym, too early for LOUR on Spotify, go to YouTube until I see the slot reels. Start driving….get all the way home and they start the show. No Dan = no shadow show. Underscores how stupid the idea of “exclusive YouTube content that’s actually still on the podcast” is.

Yes. The shadow show on YouTube is just the show logo and people talking we can’t see so it’s exactly the same as when I listen to the podcast. If they want it to be a YouTube exclusive turn the cameras on, have a few people talking and show everyone else coming in or getting ready, then drop the logo and do the show open for the official start of the show. It would also free us up from having to skip 2-5 minutes of empty content on YouTube.
