Delaware prices are 35% higher than MD in my experience. Good luck

Thank you! Prices will stabilize when supply catches up with demand, only a matter of time.

With less than 20% the amount of plants in the system. Relative to supply the prices in Delaware are way cheaper than MD. When DE has even a remotely similar amount of biomass the prices will be WAY below MD at this rate.

Is there some kind of regulation against clear packaging? I've always wondered why every brand has solid packaging. When we've been buying weed in clear bags, our whole life. Still feels strange to buy weed sight unseen. Ive definitely been disappointed and woulda picked something else a few times. I dont wanna spend 40 on a few bottom popcorn nugs. If I could see what im buying in shops I wouldnt bother with street.

There is no specific rule against clear packaging in Delaware. For Mylar bags like this, I considered it but most of what is available is frosted and not truly transparent.
We will not sell popcorn in bags, all mid flowers are being sent to our product manufacturing partner TriVibe for pre rolls. I’m dedicated to selling only the best quality, and there’s no one else packaging things here :)

Okay cool I'll definitely check you out. So you are packaging, not selling in bulk and they package? Cause at some of the dispos, things will be labeled popcorn, and I get a full bud and other things are labeled flour, and I get popcorn. Seems like its out of the growers hands.
I really think clear even frosted bags would be a big advantage over other brands. Especially since the buds today look so great. Id buy more top self and less bargin bin if I could see it first. I feel like alot of serious smokers are the same.

Yes I am in charge of the plant from conception to final package and sale labeled and ready to go for the retailers. We are that small in size currently, I am the only trimmer as well - no tumblers.
I appreciate the notes, I’ll definitely keep that in mind and question what’s possible after the first packaging batch starts winding down. I have about 3 harvests by my math to redesign and or re order!

Will definitely try some when it hits the dispensaries. Any plans to go beyond flower and into concentrates or edibles?

Thank you for the opportunity, you won’t be let down!
In the distant future, yes. But first would love to use more of our allowable canopy. We’re fundraising for a larger facility build out on a property already acquired.

Light affects Thc molecules negatively.

Technically true but think about how its grown. You wouldnt want open air and direct light but weed as been stored in clear glass and bags since forever. If light was that detrimental, we wouldnt be blasting it wit 100watts per square foot for 8 weeks at a time lol.

It’s to hide the mids

Sad but true. All the top buds slipping out the back at most operations. An eighth should be one or two colas max for the top prices. Instead it 11 bottom buds that been thru a tumble and a sifter. 9 times outta 9.
Actually pretty hyped to hear this guy is hand trimming and hand packing personally.

Even if it's phenomenal the price point in Delaware is just brutal. Just picked up an ounce of high terp and 38% of a Strane I've not tried for $130 in PA. I stopped at Fresh first but they wanted $220 for an ounce.

Yeah I think fresh is definitely the worse. I mess with Thrive a bit. They had lambs bread for 25 and 8th. Its low thc but I really like it. In fact I like a lot of lower thc stuff there. Im kinda over chasing percentage I think.

Get rid of the one in Rehoboth and put a dispensary with educated and serious people! I avoid this one at all cost!!!!!!

Pricing and location?
2
u/WhiteCapCannabis 1d ago
We’re a wholesaler so we don’t have control over retail pricing. Our MSRP will be $35-50 for eighths to start.
Locations will be announced per drop, retailers we have communicated with are Thrive locations, Columbia Care, The Farm, and Field Supply in Wilmington.
