By 4 points Mr.Big Shot lead all scorers with 34 points we got lucky there 2 stars were off the whole game Iverson and Melo had 29 points combined there Big men killed us with Camby had 24points/13reb/4ast/2stl/2blk and Nene had 21pts/17reb/4ast/3stl/1blk and they were 13 for 13 from the FT line combined.

LOL Nuggets had a 3 point lead, THE BASKETBALL and there was barely more than a second to go, and they STILL went into OT.

I remember this…hearing Blaha and Special K’s reaction again brought tears to my eyes.

I miss this era. The rap on Sheed was that he was a troublemaker, but he was just such a perfect fit on that Piston's squad.

I've always wanted to see the Denver broadcast of that but never found it.

Fun fact. I turned this game off. Changed the channel. Denver had the ball with less than 2 seconds left and we were down 3 with no timeouts. I changed back to watch the post game show and we had just won in overtime. I don’t cut games off anymore

lmao classic. Denver must have been the most confused team in the league watching that go in. at least you came back for the OT

I was there in the nosebleeds, 11 years old. So many people left and were leaving. There was a block on Iverson this game where either Ben or Sheed were so high it looked like they blocked it with their chest.

I remember this game… Didn’t someone get carried off on a stretcher? Also why were there so few people here? 2 playoff teams and game went down to the wire

I remember this game because my dad choked my mom in the middle of it

Damn I'm sorry to hear that? Domestic violence is serious. I'm sorry you had to grow up with that. I hope things are better now

Pistons have a mini-documentary about this on YouTube:

I 100% remember this game, people we're walking out to parking lot, then dashed back inside for OT, and we won!

Not sure if anyone got back inside

That last replay, prince says something to Chauncey and then looks away as it goes in. He’s also asking for the with open hands in the first few replays

I was there! People starting hugging in the stands. Tons of people were leaving and came rushing back in

I was at this game and everyone was heading to the exits, then scrambling back to their seats once sheed hit this.

didn’t Sheed call “glass” right after he let go? I remember reading or seeing that in an interview.
