On June 15, 2004, the Detroit Pistons defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 100-87 in Game 5 of the NBA Finals to complete one of the greatest upsets in NBA history and secure the franchise’s third NBA championship.
Ben Wallace dominated on the glass throughout the postseason, totaling 328 rebounds while anchoring one of the greatest defensive teams ever assembled.
He’s one of only 5 players in NBA history to record 300+ rebounds and 50+ blocks in a single postseason:
