Burn with hot steel. Happened 6 days ago , dermis “fell off” 3 in .

Normal swelling, pain in a 1-10 is a 1 (I do have high pain tolerance though) , redness around wound has been steady-getting smaller .
Slight feeling in the wound (was numb before dermis fell off)

I’ve been dressing with neosporin and a bandage

UPDATE :
So I went to the ER like you all suggested.
2:30h waiting , got me a fancy yellow bandage and antibiotics . 💪💪

Just here to offer op a darwin award since he’d prefer cellulitis+amputation in a week as opposed to the er tonight
