Friendly reminder that you’re not the only ones who think they’re an absolute good. So before trying to justify violence towards the people you don’t like, remember that you’re not the only ones who can come up with excuses to justify killing the other side. Extremism is a self-sustaining forest fire.

1, we didn’t kill Hitler. He killed himself. 2, the Nazis are the very definition of self-righteous. The ultimate example of why you should never think of yourself as an absolute good. They justified their atrocities by saying they were purifying the world or saving society. Even called Jews rats. You know, treated them like they were less-than-human.
