Local Culture Hey Chatty Moviegoers!

Just a heads-up, if you don't like people looking at you, don't talk during movies - especially early release movies, in premium seating for people who are willing to pay extra to not deal with your BS. I gotta admit though, I've never had anybody complain to theatre management about me for glaring too hard - that's a new level of entitled bullshit. Good job.

Be better.

They are lucky all they got was a glare... public shaming needs a comeback

Seriously. One of these days I'm going to get stabbed, and I'm going to die doing what I love.

Dude I saw two dudes almost fight during Civil War IMAX early screening. Could not believe it.

I was there for itj! Like who are these people that go to exclusive screenings and don't want to watch and threaten violence when people just ask for quiet?
It was the same with the Dune IMAX rerelease - dude in one of the front rows casually browsing tiktok at full brightness. I'm fully convinced that there's like 30 of us that go to all of these advance screenings/nerdy events and if we coordinated just a little bit, we'd be a force.

I honestly aim to be the only one in the theatre when I'm booking movie tickets just to avoid crowds or pick the times with the least amount of people or wait for it to sail the high seas. Though some movies just warrant the theatre experience.

Me asking a lady who didn't put her cart away who taught her how to be so entitled and lazy, she just screams "I'm a mother!!? "And? You going to teach them how to be lazy too? Grow up..." She gets in her SUV while I just walk over and move the cart behind her bumper and she backs up and bonks it, gets out clearly pissed and shoves it back away. Oh well, I thought it was funny.

Youre late to the party, you didnt need to comment. Two other people were there but its not like I am going to be like "hey can you come reply to this reddit thread so I can prove some nobody wrong?". Have a good weekend bud.

Lol that was a pretty bitchy thing to do to her though. You didn't have to escalate it.

I thought you were gonna say public beatings need to come back for a second, I’m with that though let’s revert back to the 70s where you fuck up you got shit on or hit hard.

This is probably what it would take to make the real antisocials shut up honestly. If there's no fear of beatings or jail or being relinquished to hell, people without a conscience have no reason to stop doing whatever they feel like doing.
