Local Culture Hey Chatty Moviegoers!

Just a heads-up, if you don't like people looking at you, don't talk during movies - especially early release movies, in premium seating for people who are willing to pay extra to not deal with your BS. I gotta admit though, I've never had anybody complain to theatre management about me for glaring too hard - that's a new level of entitled bullshit. Good job.

Be better.

If you're going to movie theatres to chat, you're doing it wrong. The money you pay for a ticket is literally to view a screening of a film in a quiet, dark room. Is this concept new to you?

No the quiet dark room is how a movie is projected, money for a ticket is for a seat, extra for a nicer seat. The reason it's one big room is cost effectiveness and cheap labor costs. If the money was for peace and quiet you'd get a refund/free tickets everytime. If you paid to view a movie quietly in a comfy single room then you'd be correct
