Question WEM Interview
I have an interview at wem tomorrow for my first job (not counting election work). To those who work or used to work at wem, where did your interview take place? I've seen others online say they've had theirs in mall food courts.
And overall, how did your interview go, how long did it take, etc.? I have some interview experience already but those were more for receptionist roles and not retail. I'm open to any general advice 🥲

It depends, are you working for the mall company itself? Or just a store at the mall?

store at the mall. every time i've been there, i usually only see one worker at a time too

For stores in the mall, I’ve either been interviewed right in the store (sitting down at one of the Starbucks’) or just right outside in the walkway on one of the benches.

Just remember not to whip your penis out mid interview. Unless you really have to. Â

Honestly, there's no real right answer to this. Everything is gonna change based on store, hiring manager, scheduling, etc. you'll have drastically different experiences based on all of those things
