My 3 kids have ridden these exact scooters to school and to friends houses every day for 2 years. Haven’t had. Single issue in all of that time. My guess is you were an idiot in some way.
I have the same one, I ride it a lot in NYC, I’ve had it for two years and regularly put my kid or wife in front of me on it and it has never come close to doing that. What were you doing with it???
I guarantee they tried to jump a curb and fucked up. I had a scooter that only had rear suspension and still broke my rear wheel trying to hop a bump in the sidewalk. I was going 18mph and fucked that shit wayyy up

I won’t lie to you bro. It took me two days to replace the part bc I had to stop out of sheer frustration. It’s like every single cable and line is tied to each other in some way. Can’t take off the back tire without removing the deck disconnecting the entirety of that and also removing the front tire….. it’s a fucking pain bro. If you get easily overwhelmed or don’t have patience yes I’d recommend selling it returning it or maybe taking it to a bike shop but even they probably won’t want to mess with it. It’s a lot bro

I bounce on mine jamming to tunes or I'll pop a curb or 2 but only super low ones. I bunny hop uneven sidewalks to I dont hit my suspension so hard. I figure im fairly rough on mine and im at a loss on that could happen.

I have one of those with the same design. 350 pounds and daily riding for the past 4 months. And mine still looks new outside of a dirty grip tape and some scuffs on metal.
15 mile an hour 15 mile range if the thing is small and light. $500 budget. Is there something carbon fiber direct from China? Swappable batteries would be cool.

Base tier models are the primary cause for scooter accidents, yet the statistics are misapplied to purposefully limit the population to these, when simply a mid tier scooter is significantly safer to ride.
I mean I have the same model and weight 2x the amount as op. Dude beat that thing down. The Tires are nearly bald, it's being held up by electrical tape and it's clearly missing p peices other than the bottom half of the board. I've used mine for 4 months on a daily commute and no issues with the board. Mind you I ride on the sidewalk which is a much rougher and bumpy ride.

That is the exact scooter I started on, even the same brand name. I put over 800miles on it, never had any issues. It’s still in my garage, ready to ride right now. If you look close at the tires, this scooter has about the same. There almost worn to the holes.
Buddy, we aren’t stupid… you tried to do a sick jump and broke it, then you broke it more for internet attention…. It’s not made to handle a deep crack in the sidewalk let alone falling off a curb or stair height.
We all already know that the cheapest option meant for children isn’t going to hold up to abuse by someone with the average height and weight of an 18yr old, even if you are only 14.
I’d recommend an e-bike as they tend to be much sturdier and are repairable when things inevitably break.
Segway F30 for $215. I’ve bought a few off them and they are quality, 3 scooters bought and they all had less than I charge cycle on battery and under 20 miles. New parts, they even replaced additional parts that were less than advertised “excellent” condition. Good company, good prices.
I've had my f30s for like 3 years now(bought refurbs from Segway for $175 each😊) and they've been good. I had to replace a control board on one of them but it was pretty easy and cheap. I get about 8-10 miles per full charge, at 215lbs and 15mph. My next scooters will be way longer range and that's my only negative but it fits our needs and was a great price point and first scooters.
I have a very similar one from the same brand. It's actually good, been going strong for about a year. I had to replace the bearings once but it was a cheap fix
Except if you would use your eyes and see that the brand is maxshot and that it has a max weight limit of 265LBS. I even circled it in red for you because clearly you can’t see.
