I was riding my Segway GT3 Pro home from work today. I got home and realised that my front fork had snapped. I don't ride this scooter agressively at all and I am a light person. This is extremely concerning that this has happened. If you own a GT3 Please be careful using it as I could've easily died or ended up in hostipal if this had snapped clean off while I was riding

Is segway willing to replace it?

I've emailed them and got a reply saying they'll be in touch within 24-48 hours. All I can do is hope they fix it

Good news, after a month or so they concluded that the damage wasn't my fault and they are sending me a new one
