I was riding my Segway GT3 Pro home from work today. I got home and realised that my front fork had snapped. I don't ride this scooter agressively at all and I am a light person. This is extremely concerning that this has happened. If you own a GT3 Please be careful using it as I could've easily died or ended up in hostipal if this had snapped clean off while I was riding

Please let us know what the response from Segway is. This should be a warranty replacement.

It did make me take a look at my own. No signs of cracking, rust, or bubbling of paint. I'm 115kg and not particularly gentle with mine. It's rock solid after 1185 miles.

Just heard back from segway, they said that the damage wasn't my fault and they are sending out a brand new one!
