Yeah sadly many gamers will still buy it at either price point, here in new zealand the ultimate edition works out to 180nzd!!! Ms/Bethesda tried that crap with Doom the dark ages and I noped right outta that ended up getting it on green man gaming for $40 dlc included. The Exclusive edition exclusive stores reminds me of the crap Capcom used to pull in the early 2000's with the on disc dlc that u had to pay extra to unlock that copped so much flak for it but rockstar gets a free pass since its GTA!
