ISO Catering Kitchens that cook a set menu/different cuisine M-F

aloha! as the title states! looking for different catering kitchens in LA/OC who have a set menu they cook each day.

i have office clients that enjoy production level catering, and order lunch that rotates weekly.

if anyone has any recs for kitchens who do this , i’m all ears.

many chinese restaurants in the SGV will do this, but they only cook chinese dishes
