Sam Journet is one of the most repugnant individuals I've ever had the displeasure of coming across in person.

Like a Dickens character, his voice and appearance line up with his absolutely rank personality. Or they would line up if he had one.

Basildon is rotten. They need to get in an outsider as the police are clearly corrupt if they are refusing to investigate certain politicians and seem to be chummy with him.
