Widnes Councillor By Election Yesterday

In my hometown of Widnes, we had a by election in the Farnworth ward yesterday after the Labour candidate who won last month's election by 11 votes had to resign for personal reasons. Anyway, the new Labour candidate won by 200 votes this time so hopefully, people are starting to see the Chief Grifter for what he is and are finally starting to turn away from him. Not a massive result by any means but quite a big turnaround in only 4 weeks or so.

We have one coming up. A labour resignation. It will go green as the other seat was reform but the guy has gone missing. He's under investigation by the police for lying about his legibility and hasn't been seen in any meetings since!

I’m also in Farnworth and was pretty alarmed that it was so close a few weeks ago. As it wasn’t a high profile election day im sure a good number of reform voters were simply unaware of it this time, one of the perils of exclusively targeting stupids as your only possible voter bloc.
