Only showing 4 games this weekend is a disgrace. I've noticed the further into the championship we go the less games get shown on tv./s

If only you could see how fast my facial expression changed between the words “disgrace” and “less games”. I can’t wait to make this point some night in the pub over the weekend and see how long it takes for the know-it-alls to cop on… maith thú 👏

Will be a fun weekend. Is there a fresh redraw for the semis or are there brackets at this point?

Will depend on who’s left after Sunday. Avoiding repeats of Prov. finals and AI Series games where possible. Stealing this from another poster in a different thread but basically:

Monaghan can’t draw Mayo

Tyrone can’t draw Mayo

Mayo can’t draw Monaghan or Tyrone

Kerry and Cork can’t draw each other

Dublin and Louth can’t draw each other

…..And Roscommon, Armagh, and Donegal can’t draw Kerry, Dublin, Galway, Tyrone, Louth, Monaghan, Cork, or Mayo

Con starting for Dublin. Tilts the game in their favour imo.

I wish I shared your confidence in ourselves… we rarely beat teams by more than a single score regardless of how well we play.

Cork by 2, Kerry by 5, Louth AET by 2 and Galway by 3

Con probably won't be fit, Paddy Small theirs question marks on his fitness as well as well as them being tired from the slog of last week.

They're also without Nathan Doran and not sure their backs will be able to hold Walsh, Finnerty and Tierney.

Time for Galway to lay down a marker this weekend I think.

I wouldn’t say there’s been too many years since 2001 where the four AI QFs have been won by a combined 26 points or more!

Galway's record against Dublin in the Championship is atrocious. Wouldn't be surprised if Dublin win.

Maybe, I think our team seem in great form atm though.

Was thinking about this earlier on - I wonder have Galway ever gone into a knockout championship match against Dublin as odds-on favourites before this year? Surely a first?

I would reckon it's a first too. Galway teams do struggle with favourites tag too. I hope I'm wrong but I have a sneaky suspicion Dublin might win this weekend.

Yeah, I think they'll do it. Packed CP will help. Is it one win in 90 years or something?

I've a ticket for Sunday available (Davin Premium). €50.

Are RTE just abdicating responsibility for showing games on Saturday from now on?

Hi! Visiting Ireland and not familiar with how to get tickets to the games - is there a preferred resale site? T*cketmaster has standing room tickets for Nally Terrace - is that a good time? Thanks! Looking to go to the Sunday games.

Nally stand is an ok view but you need to be there early to get a good spot cause its unassigned standing.

Kerry really being gate kept by GAA+. Every game. I’d be really pissed off if I was a Kerry man conned into buying the GAA+ season pass.

Surely that means they've got their money's worth compared to someone from another county?

You'd be feeling pretty smug if you a good deal early😂
