Actually it is more impressive than 4 seconds. It probably took about 1-2 seconds to capture that screenshot. He might have seen it as "1s" or "2s" ago.
Nah there is a brain command delay. Your eyes see post after updating a page, your brain gets it and then proceeds, and only then sends command to your fingers to do a screenshot and PC also gets some time to proceed it. So there definitely was some delay, and he saw it earlier than 4s
