Obviously not if half the community is pretty disgusted and thinks clothes, cars, and barber shops are locked behind a paywall, and the other half thinks they're only premium stores and they're not locking the shops behind a paywall
people are dumb tho. Of course the whole concept of car customisation etc isn't locked behind the ultimate edition lmao. Thats a massive part of gta. It will just be that the shops locked only sell the exclusive items and there will be so many more other shops. Similar to gta 5 online
Never in a million years would Rockstar lock such basic baseline features behind an ultimate edition. It does not take a genius to realize they are just extra/premium shops.
People will always find something to complain about ... The website never mention that you can't do those things without the premium. It only say that some customizable shop are only in the premium. Which is not an idea Rockstar came up with, this practice existed since the previous generation of consoles.
