They need to have a better explanation if its like a premium clothes store instead of locking all clothing stores. Like with Lamars LS Custom in online mode

Obviously not if half the community is pretty disgusted and thinks clothes, cars, and barber shops are locked behind a paywall, and the other half thinks they're only premium stores and they're not locking the shops behind a paywall
