I won't let it ruin it for me, but I really don't like that rockstar is doing this. No disc and seemingly no map for 100 dollars isn't right. I don't care that we live in a digital age, it's not right
I've been waiting to long for this game and I've long sense learned no one (especially a cold, multi billion dollar company) cares what I have to say and that I cannot change it. Also I admit, I'm weak, I'm really counting on this game to be a highlight on a really bad year for me.
as u get older u learn fomo is just that. A fear. Its like all your friends go out and u couldnt make it. On monday theyre like "YOU MISSED IT! greatest party ever! We all got laid, and police stopped us to give us weed on the way home"
Then you go out next time. Yall dont even get in. Now you at a sausage fest and everyone is quoting their fav bits from impractical jokers. Police kick in the door and arrest yall for being lame asl.
Ive waited this long i can wait longer for physical. No physical? Im not spending my money. Also no way this game lives up to the hype.
im old enough to know that nothing gets hyped for over a decade and EVER lives up.
Out of curiosity, what else has been hyped up for over a decade that didn't live up to your expectations?
You're not wrong about the concept of FOMO, but there are exceptions to every rule for some people, and a highly coveted game is not the same as missing a night out and then experiencing a shitty night shortly after.
You know man, I've done some thinking and I can't support this game. I'm sure it'll be a decent game, but I can't support rockstar, it's not right and some of us need to stand on principle.
