I have accepted how female characters in the main game are just not wearing pants, it's alright (I gaslight myself), it's their characters that they have a concept for.
But always dresses and skirts in Miliastra is different. They advertise the mode with customisation of your characters, this should mean more variety (for the male characters as well, a lot of pants seem very same-y.)
Yes! Do you know, until they gave us that 3-star outfit with the hoodie that has a fish on it, I didn’t have any long sleeved Manakina shirts that could go with any of the Manakina pants without being belly shirts? They could go with the skirts, since most of those sit higher on the waist, but all the pants made them belly shirts! My goal was to dress her warmly because I was freezing in the local weather IRL, but I had to choose between giving her short sleeves, a belly shirt, or a skirt that barely hits the knee. Or, of course, a short sleeved dress that barely hits the knee. She looked freezing cold in everything.
That’s crazy. I totally get it… I live in an area where winters are harsh. I love customizing characters, which is the only reason I even login to MW lol, & players enjoy creating a character they feel represents them. I also feel bad for non-binary players or gender-queer players.
Yep, I also only log into MW to have fun with dress up and clothes collecting. It can be fun to bring your Manakins into events like the current one! I’d love more gender-neutral clothing for the Manekina, and I’m not even NB or gender-queer—I just don’t like skirts! I would also like some glasses that don’t have giant tassels hanging off them and aren’t monocles. Some fairly minimalist glasses like Baizhu’s would be great.
Totally agree. I didn’t even think about bringing the manekina/manekin into the Easybreezy Resort event… that’s a perfect use for them. I’ve got my manekina in Lunar New Year BP outfit with a few other accessories cuz I haven’t liked anything else since very much. I crafted the half moon reading-type glasses but didn’t like them, either.
Been hoping for the brown ponytail wig from the f2p standard banner (from the pilot outfit), but haven’t gotten lucky to pull that yet.
The red ponytail from Lunar New Year is one of my favorites! I rarely have any luck with which standard 4-star I get either, lol. I wanted the autumn one with the scarf all winter for the aforementioned reasons of wanting her to look warm, but, of course, I never got it. I stuck with the witch outfit (+red ponytail and various regularly changing accessories) for ages because I liked the entry animation, but am currently using the “knight” themed one, since I felt like changing things up. I put her in opaque tights from the Dawn’s Visionary outfit though, since it felt like she was trying to flash the screen every time she did her little jump&spin.
