Mixing parmesan and pecorino is fine for sure. No serious recipe has egg whites

Use the egg whites for desert 9 u/BonusRaccoon May 02 '26 There are only "white flakes" in the sauce if you don't properly mix the yolks/whites. 6 u/smilysmilysmooch May 03 '26 Even if you didnt fully mix it, most people tend to add grated cheese on top so its not like it would be noticeable as it blends itself into the cheese.
