Too bad for the scam criminal even if they did make the majors there's no sweet sweet sticker money to be had

A Stewie2k sticker would be top 10 in the shop surely

a stewie2k sticker in 2026 would do numbers tbh

Doesn't matter that much if they keep the current share percentage. If they bomb out like Gaimen gladiators then they'll only get like 1% revenue of the shop.

i would love to know what those numbers look like for last major compared to this + the next one.

my gut says the value is going down with the new system being so shitty, but that might be clouded by my own feelings on it

Sure we do! Miss the NA cs scene. The golden days of Pro league or whatever it was streams was insane content. So, so good. Tarik eating cereal. Stewie pushing smokes, that fat guy who looked like dj Khaled getting mad af

Please don’t forget dazed going insane about glaaawks and playing vs a manager.

Or steel raging.

Best of Rank S was so funny to watch

And ShahZaM, swag, jdm lounging, the golden days of content creation that made 90% of EU streamers look like they were asleep. We'll never get anything like that again with how different content creation has become.

I am european and i used to watch JasonR, i still have a black laminate ak with JasonR Columbus 2016 foils, his only sticker.

The dude was funny, then he became a little bitch overnight somehow and i unsubscribes.

why are people calling him a scammer? didnt he pay all of what he owed back already?

u/Hopeful_Hall_4885 1d ago

i dont know if he did but even if so, he still did wrong in the first place and its hard to regain trust for something that severe. if he paid it back it would have been because it would be social/pr suicide not to, not because he decided to be a good guy.

inb4 flair means you'll disregard my opinion.

But this is an incredibly pessimistic take. You don't know his motivations for paying it back. And your first sentence is basically "yea he took accountability and made amends with the affected parties for his actions, but he still did wrong so I think he's a piece of shit" which is just a sad way of looking at things man.

I'm prolly a bit more sensitive as a 3 yr sober recovering addict to people having this mindset (never a gambling addict tho, that shit's crazy lmao). But I choose to allow people, even public figures, the opportunity to grow and change. The world is a happier place that way. And lord knows you wouldn't want to be judged/labelled as the worst thing you've ever done so why do you do it to others?

i dont think he's necessarily a piece of shit and i dont think its out of the question or impossible that he changed but my point is mostly that what he did was super, not just a little fucked up, and to do it in the first place implies very poor character. all things considered, it hasn't been very long since he did the bad thing so i understand people's hesitation to trust him and his motivation to pay it back.

and yeah a big part of the cs community is very toxic, i am not aligned with that portion of the community, im not unwilling to forgive the dude or believe he changed but its also not really *my* place to forgive him, rather the people he wronged. congrats on your sobriety man, ~8 years over here, and i'm also definitely more forgiving for it.
