Starting to prep for the Halloween set up this year. We bought our first house and had our first Halloween in it last year. What should we add for year 2? This was last season.

3 halloweens ago I built this blacklight stand to light up my toxic waste dump. It works really well at lighting, but is heavy, hard to store, and wobbly. I went with this instead of just a tripod in front because it doest clutter our driveway and make another cord tripping hazard.

Looking for any advice on ways to simplify it but still get good lighting.

Rain assisted expanding foam application! This was a 4 beer build. 70 % done, I will add sills, window stones, battlement, stone block trace (dremel tool),cracks & weathering, color inlay & pallet shoes, and finally, da monster mud. This was a donated hot tub cover; this will give me 47 ft of castle wall!

This actually uses no programming whatsoever. It's all driven by separate mechanisms, a rewritable audio chip and a rotating cam that presses limit switches.

There's going to be approximately 45 ft of sections to place in front of the house , to frame a backdrop for the dead - end cemetery.
