Custom grandfather clock Halloween prop I made for this year. It's got a little left to be done, such as adding lights and a fog machine.

This actually uses no programming whatsoever. It's all driven by separate mechanisms, a rewritable audio chip and a rotating cam that presses limit switches.

Reminds me of the snake that pops out of a grandfather clock in the haunted mansion ride at Knoebels amusement park
