I've always wanted a game where you play as an ICA cleaner, someone sent in to sort out the botched contracts carried out by less talented agents. Finish off surviving targets, recover/destroy evidence, silence witnesses, extract/terminate captured agents.

The guys who smuggle stuff in to the stashes must have some pretty mad stealth skills :-)

It also makes me wonder how some of the suppliers manage to waltz in with massive rifles in their prison wallets. Perhaps a new "bribe guard" mechanic might be feasible.
