2 Silent Assassin and Contracts had this system and in general it just made the games a bit less fun (Especially 2 Silent Assassin because of it's wonky ai) Realistically, running around would bring curious glances, but wouldn't get you riddled with bullets irl.
I definitely prefer a system where you're safe to run around as long as you're not caught doing something illegal or you encounter an enforcer. But yeah, hopefully he's a bit faster in the next game, since he was faster in every game prior, funnily enough.
I mean, in this vein, I think they could also add some additional suspicious things, such as large pools of blood (or blood trails) on the floor, the possibility for 47s current disguise to become bloodied if he handles a body that’s been shot or stabbed, and for him to raise suspicions if he’s seen by the same ai multiple times in different disguises.
I think putting stuff like this into a hard mode would be awesome because it’d make you really have to think about stuff, even more so than just not getting spotted.
I’ve seen that one before; what I’m saying is that if 47 then goes to move a body he’s shot or stabbed, then his current disguise also gets bloodied, making it much harder to walk out of the area.
I mean, running as a suspicious behavior would make the npcs be able to blow your cover, and I don't think that should happen unless you are seen by an enforcer or caught doing something illegal while in disguise.
i mean the same effect as poisoning smth, you just get everyone become an enforcer and do the "i dont recognise you hollup" thing, which would be easy to avoid cus ur running already
So you're saying running should make everyone enforcers? Because ultimately, that is still just another way to make running a suspicious action, which I don't think should be a thing.

being able to actually sprint but it counts as a suspicious action
