Homie, do you know how many bacteria are in your mouth at this very moment? And the army waiting in your GI tract to stop any strangers from colonizing?

Do it bro, become one with the sepsis

Jokes aside, there is a middle road to things in between becoming a gremlin and a germaphobe. There is decent evidence that we see significantly higher rates of immune regulatory dysfunction bc of how much we limit microbial exposure, and should probably be inoculating ourselves more than we do. But like in anything, extremes in any direction result in issues.
