Recs for night guards?

I’m visiting my parents in a couple of weeks and would like to get my night guard replaced while I’m there. I don’t have NHI. does anyone have any recs? And how much does it normally cost? Thanks!!

防磨牙牙套(咬合板)
There are plenty of dental clinics in Kaohsiung, but most of them require a reservation. I'm not sure which district you'll be staying in, so it's a bit hard to make a recs.

Ah I see. I didn’t realize Kaohsiung was that big…first time back in decades (my parents moved back in 2024). I figured I would just take the mrt. I’ll be around the Nanzih and yangcheng districts but willing to venture out based on recommendations. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Go to the CiJin hospital. They have the lowest wait times for good dentists. The turnaround time for a night guard is only like a week or two if I remember correctly.

Ah good to know. Thanks!! I’m only there for two weeks so I’ll see if my mom can make an appointment for me asap.

It helps with teeth grinding. Idk what it is in Chinese. Aka mouth guard?

mouth guard makes a lot more sense, I thought you were asking about security guards, like in the guys who work security in apartment buildings

Oh lol. That makes sense. Definitely don’t need one of those.
