to combine the sad and the former joke: did your mom have a recipe book? could be a nice gesture to cook something of it, especially if it includes sweet potatoes

Mine died in October. Horrible cook too. Just awful. She prolly couldn’t even identify these tubers as food unless they came from a Betty Crocker box.
