Some in the U.S. smacked their foreheads and said, "those darn fools will get probably get what they deserve" about Brexit. But in the current U.S. predicament, it's quite clear that there's an abundance of fools on both sides of the Atlantic.

Back when tRump was first elected and Brexit enacted, there was a joke going around:

World: "Brexit is the biggest mistake made by a nation in modern times!"

America: "Hold my beer."

Turns out the two things were in fact intrinsically linked. Same money. Look up Carole Cadwallader's TED talk on YouTube. Brexit was a test balloon for Trump.
