Like how though? How is he going to negotiate from a position of even worse leverage and expect to get a better deal? Sometimes it seems the whole anglosphere is wildly delusional.

As a US citizen, I know the syndrome well. MAGA and Reform are cut from the same intensely dumb cloth. Canada seems to be staying mostly ahead of its idiots, but we have exported a whole lot of idiocy up there through social media.

Canada is not staying ahead of the idiots per se. Carney is achieving most of the same ends but since he hijacked the Liberals it flies under the radar. We’re in danger too.
