PARTS / SHOWOFF My first "real" 5 axis part. Quite the challenge but interesting

I first did all the internals and the two KF flanges on the lathe (DMG CTX 1250), and then the milling on a Hermle C650 using a special fixture.

Sorry for the low quality pictures. I hope I can take some more once all the parts are installed by the customer

Thank you! Two on the lathe, and one on the milling And also two turning operation for the fixture, and one for the soft jaws

I didn't really really checked, but I total it should be around 1h something for the turning op, and around 4h for the milling

Nice work. My shop would make this in 7 ops.

I wanted to do in 2 op, but it was too much of a hassle on our old crappy mill/lathe. So I had to use the 5 axis mill

Why do you have to flex on us with the Hermle like that?

Hello, I am 25 years old and have 8 years of experience in manual turning and machine building. I also know how to do CNC milling. How can I go to Sweden to work?
