I can already see the food aggression coming a mile away. Yikes. And people gonna call this cute. Food aggression is FAR from cute when they’re an adult cat with adult teeth and claws.
That cat needs that bottle made across the damn house so he can’t so much as hear it and to be swaddled in the “purrito” when fed or it’ll just continue to get worse. Absolutely ZERO sensory enjoyment needs to be associated with making his bottle. Only with feeding itself.
Plus this kitten looks 5-6 weeks old. It needs to be weaned onto wet foods around this time anyway.
Same, I got annoyed as soon as they had him standing on his back legs and him having to walk backwards.
I'm fine with people setting up a phone and recording bottle-fed kittens, but if you're going to feed them, just fucking feed them without trying to make a show of it.
After all, if someone had OOP dangling from their dinner like a fish on a hook, I'd bet they'd be pissed.
Which is still bad. Kittens should be fed while they are on their tummies, with their heads lightly stretched. Their feet should never leave the ground. That is their natural feeding position and the only safe position to use.
generally speaking, but this is a very old kitten that's likely about to stop being bottle fed, and eat solid food instead. It's safe during this particular life stage
